Calendar of Fools is seeking your rejected stories for the Intergalactic Rejects anthology. Sometimes you have a really good story that just hasn’t found a home among the markets and magazines. It doesn’t mean the story isn’t wonderful; it just didn’t fit their needs.
Intergalactic Rejects contains 8 rejected stories by highly acclaimed authors, and has room for more.

If you submitted via our form and haven’t heard from us in 4 months after the end of the submission window, please contact us. If your story is not accepted for this anthology, please keep writing and editing and molding your story. Every writer faces rejection, and your story will eventually find a home.
Acceptances, Payments, and Rights
Rejections, acceptances, and other updates will be notified via email.
Editing: All accepted stories will undergo an editing period. The author will be able to review and discuss edits.
Payment: For this anthology, we pay a pro rate of 8 cents U.S. per word.
